Eventually there were about 40 of us and 150 of them, and when we still refused to leave (the sidewalk, not the park) they left about 4 or 5 officers to watch us for the rest of the night. I hope you plan on returning, last night was just the beginning!

So yesterday's protest was AWESOME.
so much fun. The energy down there is so great! Everyone I met was so cool and it was a really unique experience, being down there with so many people united with the same dreams of hope, change, national/global reform, revolution, etc.
I’m going again today- should be just as fun. However, I’m not sure if we’ll be marching again like we did last night- our march from the city...
